I had the same experience with my surgery, pain in neck and shoulders and when I asked my surgeon about it he said " this was your first surgery isn't it? Of course it was but he explained that when you are so limp in surgery and on the table so long that your muscles after surgery are sore. Also I have heard that the gases from surgery get caught in your body and since it rises it can cause pain in neck and shoulders. That I have not experienced but it's something that you can explore. I hope you find some relief Remember we love you. One day at a time. I'm praying for you. Your positive attitude and honesty has been an encouragement to me and I'm sure others. Hang in there

Thanks for the info. I decided to see a chiropractor and it has helped tremendously. He said that I have some pinched nerves, maybe from the surgery. Definitely has taken the edge off of the pain. One day at a time, right? Thanks for commenting! Comments are closed.
